The Publications Page is Under Construction. It will provide access to the MECEO Messenger as well as other state related
publications. The Maryland Factbook will be a compilation of data related to the success rate of programs in
the state. We will use the booklet to help gain support for the efforts of TRiO at both the Federal and State
levels. The types of data we will collect include success rates for programs type objectives such as McNair
Scholars completing doctoral degress; demographics of students served; and funding history in the state.
